It is more than transparent that Ms. Richardson has a strong work ethic and consistently delivers results that can satisfy the request of each customer even on a stressful day. She takes initiative when completing tasks and often exceeds expectations. While observing her employees, it is more than obvious that she plans ahead to effectively get the arduous task done of serving numerous customers faster and smoother. Ms. Richardson always has a warm friendly smile on her face when greeting customers demonstrating a positive attitude towards her job which we found admirable and always willing to go the extra mile by assisting her employees on busy days which we witness on this occasion. It proves that she has strong organizational skills in managing the restaurant. She has developed a leadership style that is more collaborative and supportive of her employees to create a positive work environment. The service is great and the food is always good. I have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened and never had a bad experience. Thanks to Ms. Richardson for a job well done!!!
